These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Puzzle Feed mobile application (package com.interacto.puzzle) and related services (the “Service”) provided by iChoose Apps. By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to consent to online services where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

2. The Service

Puzzle Feed is a social puzzle platform where users create, share, and play puzzles, follow other users, comment, and compete on leaderboards. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. User-generated content

You are solely responsible for the puzzles, images, comments, and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service so we can operate the platform.

3.1 Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to create, upload, or share User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or defamatory.
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains spam, scams, malware, or misleading content.

3.2 Reporting, blocking, and moderation

The app provides tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We review reports and will act on objectionable content — including removing it and, where appropriate, suspending or terminating the responsible account — typically within 24 hours of a report. Ejecting repeat or serious offenders helps keep the community safe.

4. Coins and in-app purchases

The Service includes a virtual currency (“coins”) that you can earn through play or buy in coin packs via Google Play. Coins have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to its terms and refund policies.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse engineering it, disrupting its operation, attempting to access other users’ accounts, scraping data, or using it to violate any law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the acceptable-use rules above.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that User Content is accurate or appropriate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iChoose Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
