Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how iChoose Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Puzzle Feed mobile application (package com.interacto.puzzle) and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

a. Account information

Puzzle Feed uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account, along with a unique account identifier. We use this to create and secure your account.

b. Content you create and share

Because Puzzle Feed is a social puzzle platform, we store the puzzles you create, your answers and solve attempts, comments, likes, saves, follows, and any images you upload (for example, drawings for Pictionary or photos for Guess the Image). This content and your public profile may be visible to other users.

c. Usage and device data

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used and to diagnose crashes. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, general usage events, and crash diagnostics. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications (such as new followers or activity on your puzzles).

d. Purchase information

If you buy coin packs, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may store a record of the purchase and related diagnostic events to deliver your coins and support your account.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account.
  • To display the puzzle feed, leaderboards, and social features.
  • To deliver notifications you have enabled.
  • To process purchases and grant in-app coins.
  • To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve the app.
  • To keep the community safe and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How information is stored and shared

The Service relies on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) and a backend hosted on Google Cloud with a MongoDB Atlas database. Your information is processed by these providers on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers who process data for us (such as Google/Firebase and MongoDB Atlas).
  • With other users, for the content and profile information you choose to make public.
  • If required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page.

5. Your choices and rights

  • You can update your profile information within the app.
  • You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
  • You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

6. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

8. Contact us
